Males- 10kg dumbbell Ladies- 6kg dumbbell (more or less if you need)

Reps- 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Time- 20 minutes

Exercises-

Burpee
Pressup
Bent over row
Bicep curl
Shoulder press

As many rounds as possible!!
