Chargrilled Tuna Steak, Brown Rice, Almond Salad


6oz – Fresh Tuna Steak
Handful - Watercress Leaves
1 -Spring Onions
1 –Shallots
15ml –Olive Oil
6 –Almonds
Pinch – Salt/ Pepper


1. Fill a pan with 400ml of cold water and put the rice into the pan, bring to the boil and simmer (until cooked).
2. Season the tuna and place in a hot pan for two minutes each side.
3. Slice the shallots and spring onions.
4. Crush the almonds in a bowl and mix with watercress leaves, drizzle with oil.
5. Drain the rice and arrange on the plate, place the tuna on top of the rice, balance the almond salad on the tuna and serve.
