Hi, I shall be 50 next summer and have had the notion for a while that I'd like to enter my half century looking, feeling and performing better than I did when I was 40... and maybe even 30! I'm not a "natural" athlete but have enjoyed cycling, running and swimming over the past 25 years, with some racing success at novice levels but never showing much potential at anything beyond that. I have used weight training to improve my strength and body shape in the past but didn't sustain good results because of poor diet.

Over the years I've morphed from being a skinny Minnie in my teens and 20's to being overweight after having children in my 30's; due to poor dietary choices, random and un-skilled training, too many injuries and stress... generally out of control!

I have always been into weight training and keeping fit, however my philosophy of 'work hard, play hard' means I over indulge calorie wise on a regular basis. Stan & Emma's knowledge of diet and exercise is second to none, I can't wait to see how their programme affects my body fat & lean muscle tissue. I hope it will change my whole outlook for the better.

The youngest of the five (33 years young) the pressure is on to perform! I work long and late hours as the owner of Restaurant Zest but wanted to prove to myself that it's still possible to train if you put your heart and soul into it. With the help of Bottom Line Fitness I'm sure that I can make great strides, I'm confident that breaking bad habits will be the key to success and look forward to my new and improved body.
