All of our clients receive nutritional advice as part of their personal training package. Whether you want fat loss, muscle gain or just want to eat a more balanced diet we will help you to achieve optimum nutrition with your own personalised nutrition strategy. We will work out exactly the best plan for you based on your goals and around your circumstances. Everything is bespoke and tailored for you.

We will:

  • Complete a full body composition assessment (fat mass, lean mass, hydration level and calorie expenditure)
  • Check your blood pressure and heart rate
  • Assess your current diet and lifestyle
  • Take your weight and measurements
  • Advise an individualised food program

There is a lot to learn about personal nutrition and that's why, like with your training, we will educate you on strategies, principles and techniques.

Nutritional Therapy

For those looking to take your nutrition to the next level we can offer a 1 to 1 consultation with our nutritional therapist Emma Stanley.

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and uses the science of nutrition to promote optimal health. It is appropriate for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing. Emma can use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances that could be causing lifestyle symptoms such as:

  • Lack of energy
  • Poor sleep
  • Irregular bowel movemnts
  • Poor skin tone
  • Brain fog
  • Headaches
  • Depression/anxiety

Emma will work with you to address any nutritional imbalances that could be causing these (or other) symptoms and help support your body towards improving and maintaining health.

Emma knows that you are unique and will recommend completely bespoke and personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Emma will never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their doctor and work with your doctor to help improve your symptoms.
