Before you begin your training you will receive an initial free consultation to help us find out more about you. We will ask about your current fitness levels, any medical conditions, and your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise. The consultation also serves as an opportunity for you and your trainer to get to know each other

After your consultation we will construct a bespoke personalised training and nutrition plan that is realistic, sustainable and enjoyable. It will based around the foods you enjoy, the time you have available, and where you can train.

It may be that you will need a biomechanical assessment (link) or a more in depth nutrition consultation (link) before you begin your training. This will be discussed during your consultation.

All of our clients, regardless of how many appointments they have with us will receive the following on going services:
