Our Mission?

At BLF, we focus on what’s important – you and your goals. We are all different and the team will make sure you have our full attention and support in a fun, no ego environment, with a focus on progressive coaching , support and results.

Personal Training

We deliver personal training in a small group environment (maximum of six people) meaning its packed with motivation and enthusiasm, delivers maximum results with the bonus of it being a fraction of the cost of one-to-one training.

This is no fad, we’ve been developing our method for several years. We know it works, is very accessible, and is a lot fun.

Continuous nutrition Support

Your nutrition is important and our support is constant. We’ll help find the right nutrition method for you; one that offers you long term support in achieving your goals. No fad diets, extreme plans or bogus “shake” plans. Sustainable is what we aim for and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Whatever your goal, we can measure your changes with our in house body composition analyser.

We pride ourselves on our truly amazing community of members. Faqs

Do I have to be fit?

No. We can work with you even if you’ve never set inside a gym before. Our members vary in age and fitness level

I have aches and pains, will it still be right for me?

We can discuss this before you start. Many of our members have joint niggles, lower back pain and post baby abs. We’re not physios but our team are highly experienced in exercise selection and can make the appropriate changes to your program with the ultimate aim of making you fitter and stronger.

What exactly am I signing up for?

You are signing up for a trial which is 12 group personal training sessions in a six week period for a one-off £129 payment.

When can I train?

We run sessions on the hour from 6am and you can book onto whichever one suits you via an app.

What are the options after my trial?

As your trial comes to an end we will have a chat about how you’ve things and look at your usage. Assuming you want to continue we will guide you to the right membership for you,
