Hi, I’m Neil, & I founded Bottom Line Fitness in 2007. My aim has always been to provide you with a great personal training service that includes enjoying your training and getting results. I feel it is very important to stay up to date in this ever-changing industry and have consistently evolved and educated myself since becoming a personal trainer in 2005.
I will devise an exercise and nutrition plan that is bespoke to you. It will fit your environment and be sustainable. I do not believe in drastic changes, but in creating a healthy lifestyle that you can easily follow. At Bottom Line Fitness, our main emphasis is on creating optimal health. This means looking deeply into your nutrition and lifestyle choices so that we are addressing all that we can to create the healthiest version of you! You’re unique and so is your solution.
