What you can expect

Personal training

Our trainers are not wannabe superheroes eating chicken and broccoli talking about their own training, their focus is on you. Training is delivered in groups of no more than six, you will get both individual support and group motivation that will  help you keep up the good work and get results.

Results driven

We understand our members are people who want to look, feel and live better, but perhaps don’t have the time they once had to spend on themselves. Our methodology, environment and community culture combined bring you a service that suits your  available time & lifestyle.

Environment

We have created a bespoke personal training environment with great equipment and facilities. We believe it is a place where you will enjoy visiting and want to visit regularly.

When you train with us we want it with a smile on your face. That’s not to say you won’t work hard, but we want you to have fun, enjoy the company and look forward to coming. 

Support

We’re always on hand to help you on your way. We understand our members are busy with their lives & our trainers will coach you in a way that delivers results without implementing extreme training or diet methods. If something doesn’t suit you they’ll listen and adapt.

Neil

Senior Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Neil, & I founded Bottom Line Fitness in 2007. My aim has always been to provide you with a great personal training service that includes enjoying your training and getting results. I feel it is very important to stay up to date in this ever-changing industry and have consistently evolved and educated myself since becoming a personal trainer in 2005.

I will devise an exercise and nutrition plan that is bespoke to you. It will fit your environment and be sustainable. I do not believe in drastic changes, but in creating a healthy lifestyle that you can easily follow. At Bottom Line Fitness, our main emphasis is on creating optimal health. This means looking deeply into your nutrition and lifestyle choices so that we are addressing all that we can to create the healthiest version of you! You’re unique and so is your solution.

Senior Personal Trainer

As the Greek physician Hippocrates said ‘let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.’ I live by this statement and have used my knowledge to help others and myself return to optimal health. I use a combination of nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations as well as functional testing if needed. I am passionate these methods can support a range of health implications and love to see the improvements my clients make and the positive change it makes to their lives. I am also a massive foodie and love creating delicious and easy recipes (including cakes and brownies!). Healthy living doesn’t have to be bland and boring, it can be exciting, flavourful and varied!

We are in the village of Little Eaton opposite the New Inn Pub on Duffield Road.. We have great equipment and facilities, the perfect place for us to deliver great results for our members.
